At around 1PM (BST), one of our servers, SYS-Dedi1 went offline due to a technical fault. Quite quickly, our hosting provider's probes detected a fault and raised the issue to the attention of their technicians who are onsite 24/7. They discovered that the server was booted but was not responding to pings. They then restarted our server and the issue was resolved. Due to another technical fault, the bots did not autorecover and needed manual intervention from me.
